The first 8 weeks (FOUNDATIONS) is an investment of 16 hours of classroom training, conducted in weekly, 90 minute sessions. Each participant receives the course material workbooks, plus audio for reinforcement. Additionally the participant will complete a DISC Sales Behavior Assessment designed to understand their individual strengths and weaknesses, laying the groundwork for a personal growth plan. During these 8 weeks the participant will work with their coach applying the Sandler Training material and monitoring progress on the personal growth plan.
