FOUNDATIONS 8 Week Program
The first 8 weeks FOUNDATIONS is an investment of 16 hours of classroom training, conducted in weekly, 1 1/2 hour sessions. Each participant receives the course material workbooks, plus audio for reinforcement. Additionally the participant will complete a DISC Sales Behavior Assessment designed to understand their individual strengths and weaknesses, laying the groundwork for a personal growth plan. During these 8 weeks the participant will work with their coach applying the Sandler Training material and monitoring progress on the personal growth plan.
Sandler Enterprise Selling
This is a program designed to help sales leaders prioritize, capture and grow enterprise, or strategic, major accounts. An enterprise account is characterized as one where the buyer has a large and complex procurement cycle, the competition is sophisticated, and there is a large revenue opportunity.
