The first 8 weeks of FOUNDATIONS is an investment of 8 - 90 minute weekly training sessions. Each participant receives the course material workbooks, plus audio for reinforcement. Additionally the participant will complete a DISC Sales Behavior Assessment designed to understand their individual strengths and weaknesses, laying the groundwork for a personal growth plan. During these 8 weeks the participant will work with their coach applying the Sandler Training material and monitoring progress on the personal growth plan.
Like achieving success in most things in life, the more effort put in, the faster and quicker the results. The goal of Foundations is to provide a solid basis for understanding and applying the Sandler Selling System.
